Welcome to the Festival of Freestyle. The UK's first all encompassing event designed to cater for all levels of freestyle paddler. With so much going: multiple events, parties, trade stands, live music, over the three days, it’s going to be an unforgettable weekend for everyone.

In the Pro-Masters competition, the top 50 freestyle paddlers in the world have been invited to come to the UK to go head-to-head in a professional freestyle competition for a chance to claim their share of £1500 prize fund. The final is being held under the spectacular floodlighting on the Saturday night.

Junior paddlers will take part in the final round of immensely successful Youth Freestyle Series. A mixture of coaching and competition the events help the young paddlers develop all the skills needed to become successful in freestyle kayaking and beyond.

Round 4 of the Alpkit National Kayak Series will also be a part of the weekend. Paddlers of all ages and abilities are welcome to take part in Freestyle and Boto-X competitions. 3 levels of competition, expert, sport and incubator make the event extremely accessible.

Parents, chauffeurs and the more discerning paddler can take part in the ‘Old Gits and Diva's’ competition. Most of the moves on the score sheet for this comp were ditched from modern freestyle long ago. This one is all about having fun with your friends on the river.

Over the 3 days there will be plenty coaching workshops for all abilities to improve not just their paddling but their bankside skills such as photography too.

No festival would be complete without a party and we're going to have two of them. On Friday night we'll be running the 4th Money Shot Video Competition and on Saturday night everyone will be donning their tights for a Robin Hood themed party.
